• Arctium lappa ( Burdock. );
• Rumex crispus ( Yellow dock . );
• Achillea millefolium ( Yarrow.);
• Althaea Officinalis ( Marshmallow Root.);

Praparation:Simmer 1 once each of the herbs in 2 quarts of water and reduce to 2.5 pints stain;

Preparation:Bathe the affected parts frequently with warm decoctin (at least 2 times daily) Refrences;
